Slope chart

Slope charts can be used to show the evolution or variation between two dates (simplified line chart), or to show the relationship between two quantitative variables (simplified parallel coordinate plot).

To create a slope chart just link a categorical variable to the horizontal axis, a quantitative variable to the vertical axis, and select line as the mark type.

If instead you want to show the relationship between two different quantitative variables, link those two quantitative variables to the Y-axis, and select line as the mark type.
